Assembled Westbury Sorrento Mesh Railing sections are available in four-, five-, and six-foot options. Assembled sections include the following:

Two height options — 36-inch and 42-inch — are available.

Exclusive Powder Coating Process

Each step of the advanced powder coating process used to protect Westbury Sorrento Mesh Railings helps ensure the railing has a high-quality, durable finish that resists impacts, chemicals, UV light, moisture, and extreme weather conditions:

1. Raw Aluminum Inspection: Premium-grade aluminum is inspected to ensure it is free of blemishes and not exposed to outdoor elements.
2. Acidic Cleaning Stage: The aluminum undergoes a heated acidic cleaning stage to remove extrusion debris and fabrication oils.
3. Rinsing Stages:
   • Clean: City water rinse
   • Cleaner: Recycling reverse osmosis rinse
   • Cleanest: Pure reverse osmosis rinse
   • Sealer: A dried-in-place aluminum sealer is applied
4. Water Removal: A 200 MPH air blast removes water droplets from the pre-treated aluminum, and then the drying process is completed in a convection oven.
5. Powder Application: The powder coating uses eighteen automated and two manual spray guns. The compressed air used in this process is dried to a -35°F dew point to ensure superior adhesion.
6. Curing and Bonding: The powder coating is bonded and adhered to the aluminum substrate in a 400-degree cure stage.
